Announcement: Key Lime Sky, written by Al Hess, to be published on August 2024 by Angry Robot
9 Aug 2023Welcome to a really special post for us!
We are thrilled to help reveal that Al Hess is going to have a new traditionally published book, whose title will be Key Lime Sky. The publication is expected for August 2024, by the lovely people at Angry Robot Books.
And honestly, I can't be more excited to get another slice of Al's cozy writing and worldbuilding.
Time to take a look at the blurb:
After Denver, an autistic pie blogger, witnesses a UFO explode over his tiny Wyoming town, reality begins to crumple in on itself. It becomes a race to stop the extraterrestrial influence before it destroys life as he knows it.
With wholesome romance, a loveable “cinnamon roll” protagonist, and non-binary, queer & autistic representation, Key Lime Sky is a culinary and literary delight!
As you can see, we will have more of the delicious sci-fi that only Al is able to produce.
He has also created some character art to introduce those (the art has been done by the own author, as well as the announcement flyer):
If you had any doubts, the characters' cast will be extremely diverse and inclusive. By my side, I can't wait to read it!
Thanks to Angry Robot and Al Hess for letting me be a part of this announcement!
